Seen it earlier?
Anyone can challenge a claim with an earlier sighting. unlint's records are checked at once. A link to another site, with the date that page shows, is looked at by a person. Every challenge and how it was decided is on the claim's page.
What never decides
No AI decides who said something first or who owns it. The dates and the records decide, and where they cannot, a person does.
